Breakthrough Leaders Named 2024 Women in Supply Chain Award Recipients by Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive

Heather has consistently shared her innovative spirit, from establishing the first marketing team at Breakthrough to creating new products and services and enhancing market presence. She has integrated marketing and sales, identified client needs, and sustained revenue growth in challenging markets. This expertise has earned Heather recognition in top industry publications, positioning her as a transformative figure in the field. Additionally, through her unwavering commitment to mentorship and advocacy, Heather empowers other females to challenge the status quo and realize their full potential in the supply chain.
- Danielle Grant, Director of Client Delivery, was recognized for her exemplary leadership and impactful contributions. Over the last 6 years, she has advanced from Client Delivery Manager to Director of Client Delivery, enhancing transportation network strategies for leading global shippers. Her exceptional client service, investment in team growth, and forward-thinking approach have driven substantial improvements in industry-leading shippers’ transportation networks. Danielle has supported a major tire manufacturer in reducing emissions, presented sustainable transportation strategies at industry conferences, and facilitated discussions among leading shippers. Additionally, Danielle has mentored several young professionals while balancing her professional and family commitments, establishing her as a notable leader in the supply chain.
